The Association encouraged piano duo performers around the world to establish piano duo organizations, thus leading to the founding of seven associations in countries and regions including the United Kingdom, Brazil, Russia, Germany, Seoul (Korea), and Busan (Korea).
Centered around our Association, these seven organizations began their activities sharing the same ideals and aspirations. Today, each association continues to work actively within its own country to promote the development of piano duo performance.
Our Association holds both composition and performance competitions on an almost biennial basis, introducing many composers and performers to the world and establishing itself as a uniquely distinguished organization within the music community.
